Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Present product demonstrations and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Log accurate data into the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) in real-time.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales (fresh graduates with internship experience considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
