Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Navigate the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage and update accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline health.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales or account management (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong ability to overcome objections and negotiate terms effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
