Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email to generate new leads.
- Qualify prospects and determine their needs to match them with our premium services.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to potential clients effectively.
- Manage a daily pipeline of opportunities within our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Telemarketing, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting (Florida-based).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resilient attitude toward rejection.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
