Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule demos with decision-makers.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and update CRM records accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in Inside Sales or B2B sales (1-3 years minimum).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
