Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations to showcase our SaaS platform's value proposition
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance metrics to the sales director
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Resilient self-starter with ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
