Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel sales outreach including cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Develop customized solutions for enterprise clients based on their unique pain points and business objectives
- Collaborate with product specialists to create compelling value propositions and ROI-driven presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies
- Partner with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and optimize sales funnels
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in high-growth environments
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise technology preferred
