As an Entry Level Sales Professional, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and emailing to identify and qualify new leads within the assigned market.
- Client Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to discuss their business needs and present tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstration: Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate value and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Drive: High level of motivation, ambition, and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
- Background: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
