Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM tools
- Present product solutions to potential B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Provide regular performance reports to sales manager
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Reliable transportation to downtown office
- Must be available 3-5 days/week (9am-5pm)
