- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Engage with inbound leads to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions, update client data, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPI targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
