As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue for our clients by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into closed deals. We value individuals who are self-motivated, articulate, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value and overcome objections.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be available to work a standard Monday through Friday schedule.
