Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and proactively reach out to outbound prospects via phone and email.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions and sales status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process orders and ensure accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
