Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified prospects to schedule meetings.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update customer data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
