Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new business deals. You will leverage your communication skills to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Track sales activities and metrics using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to decision-makers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
