- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video conferencing.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track progress, update customer data, and forecast revenue.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
