What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers through effective communication and strategic sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within the assigned territory.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Track all sales activities and pipeline metrics using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
