Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation to fill the sales pipeline.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer records.
- Present product demos and conduct needs analysis to identify client pain points and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals over the phone and via email.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B inside sales experience.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote/in-office hybrid setting.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
