Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and document customer interactions.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospects to address their specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
