Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct needs assessments with prospects to identify pain points and solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and close sales over the phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Document all customer interactions and deal status accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B telesales.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and hit performance metrics.
- Self-motivated attitude with a hunger for success.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
