Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer retention.
- Present products and services to potential customers, demonstrating features and benefits effectively.
- Identify and assess the specific needs of customers to propose appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
