Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to secure agreements.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Update and maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
