Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads through needs analysis and determine fit with our product suite.
- Present product demos and detailed proposals to prospective clients.
- Close sales within a defined territory and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
