Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate the company's software solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within our Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and professional growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
