What You Will Do:
- Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Client Acquisition: Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Closing: Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and deals in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new leads.
- Conduct needs assessments and product presentations to potential clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic sales plans and territory goals.
- Track daily KPIs including call volume, lead conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales (candidates with a strong work ethic and sales drive are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
