Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients, demonstrating ROI and addressing pain points
- Close sales deals with average transaction values of $5K-$25K
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 30%+ conversion rates
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
