As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and close deals that matter.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track activity and pipeline health.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and update account records accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and daily pay.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
