Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored solutions to clients using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with precision
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly reviews
- Maintain 95%+ call activity and follow-up compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
