Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn for enterprise tech solutions
- Present product demonstrations to decision-makers and close sales cycles
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with consistent daily performance
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document client interactions and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Attend daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
- Train on new product launches and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with tech/SaaS products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in objection handling and consultative selling
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client visits)
