Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop personalized sales pitches tailored to client needs using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ call activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome technical objections

- Participate in daily huddles and weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Reliable transportation to downtown Charlotte office
