Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- Conduct weekly training sessions on new product features
- Maintain 25+ weekly qualified demo schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas ($1M+ annual sales preferred)
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
- Strong data analytics skills (Excel/Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in EST/PST hybrid schedules
- Valid driver's license (10% travel required)
