Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify leads and demonstrate our premium products/services to potential clients.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn based on performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
