Responsibilities
- Execute 50+ outbound calls daily to qualified leads using our proprietary CRM system
- Present tailored product solutions to enterprise clients across North America
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead qualification processes
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and update sales pipeline in real-time
- Participate in weekly revenue optimization workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech industry background
- Proven track record of 110%+ quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting and opportunity analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
