Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present software solutions to B2B clients across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with personalized value propositions
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle technical objections
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through consultative selling
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Virginia driver's license for occasional client visits
