Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic negotiation and solution-based selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and document client interactions
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales metrics and client feedback
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in fast-paced environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required for occasional client meetings
- Experience with SaaS sales highly desirable
