Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Build relationships with B2B clients across Nebraska and surrounding regions
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales transactions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Reliable transportation to Omaha office (2 days/week hybrid)
