- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all customer interactions
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Represent company at quarterly industry events and conferences
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce and outreach automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
