Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via personalized virtual demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with consistent performance metrics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce with accurate pipeline updates
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and client needs
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly advantageous
