Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present complex SaaS solutions to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with consistent closing rates above 25%
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Attend daily huddles and weekly coaching sessions for performance optimization

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of selling high-value B2B solutions (>$10k ACV)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical value
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments
