Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct needs-based needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
