Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to initiate contact with potential clients and determine their needs.
- Presentation & Demonstration: Deliver compelling product presentations and live demos to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- Closing & Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and secure revenue.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot, tracking pipeline progress and activity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with clients, ensuring high retention rates and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high motivation in a high-volume calling environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
