Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of prospects within our Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
- Qualify leads to determine their needs and match them with the appropriate Apex solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Success (candidates with high potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Professional demeanor and a polished presentation style.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
