Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Present product demonstrations and services to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.

- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
