As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with high-value prospects across North Carolina and beyond, leveraging our cutting-edge CRM platform to build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through outbound calling, email campaigns, and virtual demonstrations
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipelines and client documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent our SaaS solutions at industry events and trade shows across North Carolina
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 10% within North Carolina
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
