Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize CRM tools and data to identify and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-energy discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals within the sales cycle to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Follow-up: Execute strategic follow-up strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Call Center sales (High volume experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
