Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads and schedule qualified appointments.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or revenue generation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and quotas.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
