Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to prospective clients to identify their needs.
- Manage and update client data accurately within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and resilience.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
