Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce/CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Conduct needs-based discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation (experience in SaaS or Tech is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude toward rejection and a desire to win.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
