Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients across Colorado and New York markets
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through consistent prospecting and pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based sales presentations
- Maintain accurate sales data and performance metrics in CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with executive-level presence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
