Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consult clients on tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Present compelling product demonstrations via video conferencing
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical value propositions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
