Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital engagement strategies
- Qualify leads using BANT framework and CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Develop customized solution presentations aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and strategy sessions
- Document all client interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS or renewable energy sector highly desirable
- Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environment
