Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively sell SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting using Salesforce
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology or SaaS products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ohio-based candidates with local industry network preferred
